LinkedIn coaching takes between 1,5 hours to 3 hours depending the status of the current LinkedIn profile  and on how much work is required to reach a well written branded profile page.

20-30 minutes is spent interviewing, to really understand the ambitions, strengths and key skills to be highlighted in your profile. Understanding your target audience is key, in order to use the right industry jargon.

1. RETAINED EXECUTIVE SEARCH

We work on Executive search, specialised recruitment services used to source candidates for senior, executive or other highly specialised positions in organisations throughout EMEA, locally cover Monaco, Nice and Sophia Antipolis. 

We are an Executive Search firm, the positions we work on are never advertised anywhere. Proactive, systematic outreach to find and recruit the best possible executive candidate for the position in question. Our recruitment process is consultative and solution oriented.

We spend considerable amount of time with our clients getting to know the organisation, position, responsibility and all requirements before initiating the search.

As a client, you will receive a weekly update on the progress, we work 100% transparent with our clients. You will see everyone we have, identified, spoken to and who we are in discussion with, throughout the entire search process. We will provide you with feedback on the market perception of your organisation, on compensation levels and other issues that can affect our ability to recruit the best candidate.

We work with our clients on a stage payments basis under contract. 2 payments, one in the beginning of the search, and the remaining amount once the candidate is hired, has signed the contract and resigned from his current employer.

2. MANAGEMENT BY HIRE

If you are in an expansion phase, but are aware that there might be changes, Retained Executive Search might not be the best solution. You can hire us on a monthly Consulting basis, one month at a time, for us to help you with Recruitment, sales force expansion, restructure, Online branding of your company and employees etc.

The contract can be stipulated from 1 to 6 months, on a fix fee per month agreeing on the workload and accomplishments of the period.

With many years in the Information Technology industry and Renewable Energy, Caroline Frisenberg has been a successful Executive Search Consultant for both publicly held and privately funded companies. Identifying, recruiting, hiring and developing superior Executive talent are at the core of her competence and affection. Caroline has built several world-class sales organizations and applies that same drive to her own firm, Frisenberg J. & Associates.

In parallel she runs the Career Development Seminars for the MBA students at the International University of Monaco working as the Career Coach. Caroline is able to share valuable expereinces collected from her career to help students in their job search and personal development.

Caroline is a popular speaker on the topics of LinkedIn, online branding and career advancement. Combining her 10+ years experience in Executive Search and MBA Career Coaching, Caroline’s speeches motivate and guide her audience in a practical and pragmatic way. Lars Johansson

Non Executive Director

Lars Johansson has more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing and business management within the public transport industry. His passion is to manage diverse and international organisations to drive business results.

Lars joined Volvo Bus Corporation in 1979 starting at the marketing department. He subsequently held a number of managerial positions within Sales & Marketing in continental Europe. He advanced as Deputy Managing Director and Chairman of the Board for Volvo Bus market companies in Poland, Italy and Germany.

In 2001 Lars moved back to Sweden to take over the position as Director, European City Bus Operations & Area Director Central, and Chairman of the Board with responsibility of Volvo Bus Italy and Poland. In May 2002 he was appointed Director Global Commercial Development.

In 2008, Lars took the position of Director Product Marketing at Volvo Bus Corporation, and from January 2012 holds the title of Global Marketing. In addition, he is secretary ot the Global Commercial Committee and Chairman of Global Commercial Council.
