Kennedy Executive EIG, a European Interest Grouping, whose headquarters are located at Chaussée Bara, 68A bte 8, 1420 Braine-l’Alleud/ Brussels, Belgium (“Kennedy“) processes the personal data of visitors (the “Visitors”) to the “https://www.kennedyexecutive” website.com/” (the “Site“) as controller, in accordance with the regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR“) and with Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms (the “Data Protection Act“).
1) Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis
The personal data of Visitors processed by Kennedy are:
Data collected by means of cookies (see below under the heading “Cookies“), and
Data provided in the contact form that the Visitor fills in to send an e-mail to Kennedy: name, e-mail address, telephone number, content of the message sent (“Contact Form Data”).
Kennedy processes the Form Data in order to respond to questions and comments that visitors send by this means.
Kennedy processes these data on the basis of their legitimate interest as provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR.
2) Duration
The Contact Form Data is stored for a period of one (1) year from the last contact with the Visitor.
3) Rights
The Visitor has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and oppose the processing of the Contact Form Data.
In addition, the Visitor may at any time indicate his/her instructions as to the processing of the Contact Form Data after his/her death.
The Visitor also has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL if he/she considers that the GDPR and the Data Protection Act are not respected.
The Visitor may exercise his/her rights by sending an e-mail to the following address: privacy@kennedyexecutive.com or a letter to the following address: Chaussée Bara, 68A bte 8, 1420 Braine-l’Alleud/ Brussels, Belgium.
4) Data transfer outside the European Union
In certain circumstances, Kennedy may transfer the Contact Form Data to its partners in the USA and Latin America when the Visitor requests to be connected with employers in the United States and Latin America.
In this case, the transfer of the Contact Form Data outside the European Union is necessary, only for the Visitor who has requested the transfer and will take place on the basis of Article 49 1. b of the GDPR.
5) Recipients
Kennedy may transfer the Contact Form Data to its partners, a list of which is available at the following address: “https://www.kennedyexecutive.com/about/contact/”.
6) Cookies
a) Purposes
A cookie is a small text file stored by the Visitor’s computer browser, tablet or smartphone that allows the Visitor to store personal data in order to facilitate navigation on the Site and to allow certain functionalities.
The cookies used by Kennedy on the site enable it to:
Improve the speed of the site by limiting the number of requests and data collection in the event of high traffic (“Performance Cookies“).
Establish statistics and reports on the volume of traffic and use of the Site (“Audience Measurement Cookies“).
b) Parameter setting
The Visitor has given his/her consent to the installation and use of Performance Cookies, Audience Measurement Cookies and Sharing Cookies on Social Networks by clicking on a checkbox presented on an information banner during his first visit to the Site.
