With almost four decades of experience working in the automotive industry, Lars has excelled his career at Volvo Buses in sales and marketing. Lars currently holds the VBC Public Affairs & Government Relations agenda for Volvo Buses and corporate responsibility for public affairs initiatives, regulatory affairs handling, government relations and stakeholder management, incoming and outgoing delegations, and NGO memberships and committee work. His unwavering commitment to Volvo combined with extraordinary experience, passion and industry knowledge are contributing to great results.
Most recently, Lars comes from the position as Director of Global Marketing at Volvo Buses, a position he held for many years. He is, since many years, active in several international committees within NGO’s such as ACEA, UITP, IRU and EACT, organizations covering bus issues for both the European and Global markets. In addition, he is nominated for prominent committees within the European Commission, focusing on Electro mobility and he regularly attends meetings with relevant EU representatives for various important matters regarding the bus industry development.
Previously, Lars held the Country Manager position for France after he was promoted to Head of Europe, followed by the role as Head of Continental Europe based in Brussels for 5 years. Lars holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Gothenburg.

Markus Unterberger - Service Practice Leader at Kennedy Executive Search
Markus Unterberger is Partner and Vice President of Kennedy Executive Search and the owner of Unterberger & Partner (since 2007). He set up 4 offices in Salzburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich, accompanying the success of international corporates. Markus studied Economics followed by a Master Coaching course. He is in charge of pre-selecting Management Board and leading positions focusing on insurance, banking and private equity clients in Europe. As Vice-President and Financial Service Practise leader he drives the network of Kennedy and can offer his clients sustainable quality at a global reach. Markus lived in Italy, Germany and is now based in Salzburg.
Dimitri Boschmann - Head of Research & Market Analysis

Former marketing consultant at Havas, media producer and analyst, Dimitri brings the meticulous approach of an open-source researcher to mapping industries and talents for our clients.
Particularly interested in banking and wealth management, he previously worked for an important Monegasque single family-office.
Dimitri has a strong understanding and appreciation for diversity in management, having himself led multicultural teams spread over three continents. He speaks English, French, Russian, Spanish and Polish.
Dimitri studied political science at MGIMO University and Sciences Po Paris. He holds an MBA degree in finance from the International University of Monaco.
